Destry Darr Pethtel is the founder and owner of Destry Darr Designs, Inc. Destry received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University through the College of Interior Design and is ASID certified.

Destry Darr Designs, Inc. specializes in comprehensive yacht interior design offering services from concept to completion with no limitations on design style.  Destry’s yacht interior design vision began early in South Florida as the daughter of a yacht broker.  Prior to founding Destry Darr Designs, Destry worked as an interior designer for three prestigious world known yacht interior design firms.

Currently, Destry is working locally, nationally and internationally with multiple project completion schedules for a variety of clients on their privately owned yachts as well as developing custom high end interiors for Taiwan builder Ocean Alexander’s production yachts. 

Destry’s work has adorned the pages of publications including “Showboats”, “Boat International”, “Yacht International” and “Yachting”.
